Terms of early access

These terms apply to the QUEEN early-access identity portal. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy notice.
What you are joining
This portal lets you claim a unique alias, save an early-access application, receive a membership identity card, and share a public profile. QUEEN’s AI-agent investigation system is planned and in development. An approved identity grants early community membership only; it does not guarantee access to a finished product, a launch date, financial benefits, tokens, or investment returns.
Application status
Applications are pending until reviewed, unless an authorized administrator has explicitly enabled instant approval for new applications. Administrators may approve, waitlist, reject, or suspend applications. Your card and public profile reflect the current status. Pending and waitlisted profiles are not approved access passes.
Your identity and account
Aliases use 3–20 letters, numbers, or underscores and are unique without regard to letter case. You must maintain access to your email account and keep your password secure. Your member ID and join date remain unchanged if you edit your alias. Changing your alias changes your public URL; old links no longer resolve. Removed aliases may become available again.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person or organization, submit misleading information, harass others, upload unlawful or abusive images, automate abusive registrations, or attempt to bypass access controls. You must have the right to use any image you upload. Abusive accounts may be suspended, and rejected or suspended profiles are not publicly accessible.
Sharing
Your alias, member ID, join date, status, and any optional avatar or X username you provide are public. Downloaded cards and posts may be copied by others. The X share button opens a composer; it never publishes automatically. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing your post.
Availability and changes
The early-access portal is provided as available. Features and approval policies may change. No accuracy or availability guarantee is made for the planned intelligence product. Nothing in this portal is financial, investment, or trading advice. The portal never requires a wallet seed phrase, private key, or wallet connection.
Leaving the Court
You can remove your membership and uploaded avatar from My identity. This does not automatically delete your authentication account or copies previously shared elsewhere. A minimal security record may be retained to prevent a suspended account from bypassing restrictions. Administrator status-change history is retained for security and accountability.
The identity portal is the beginning of the community, not a representation that the planned AI-agent product is available.
